Giulio Ricciarelli

The Director, Writer and Actor was born in Milan in 1965.
After his A-levels he was educated at the Otto-Falckenberg-Schule in Munich.
He played at different theatres in Germany and in many TV / Cinema Movies.
In 2000 he founded the naked eye film production together with Sabine Lamby.
In 2005 he directed his first short film "Vincent" which won several national and international prizes like the “Golden Sparrow Award” (Germany) and he was nominated for the “European Film Award”. In 2008 he directed "Love it like it is" and in 2009/2010 his third short film "Lights" / “Ampelmann” won the “Golden Spike Award” and the “Best European Short Award” at the “54. Valladolid International Film Festival” He was also nominated for the "European Film Award" in 2010 and the film was shown in more than 50 Festivals around the world.
He directed his first feature film "Labyrinth of Lies" in 2014.
